"As long as the people in all states in Germany, in all 16 Bundesländer, are fighting for the people, I'm optimistic. I hope that the Chancellor and the (German) government understand the message that they should stop struggling and fighting against each other and do a good job solving the real problems in Germany."

I like Juergen Resch's optimism, grounded in the strength of grassroots activism. He was answering James Strock’s question, "What do you see coming in terms of generational change in Germany and how might that affect the post-World War II domestic and then international German roles?" This perspective underscores his hope for leadership that collaborates to address Germany's real issues rather than engaging in internal struggles.

I also love James Strock's podcast and his wisdom-filled, positive interviews, which reinforce the power of leadership rooted in optimism and collaboration.
